The most important thing to Spencer is his family.

It is his love for and desire to protect his own family that drove him to the practice of law and specifically divorce and bankruptcy. Life teaches us that disaster happens – sometimes due to no fault of our own and sometimes caused from our own mistakes in spite of our best intentions. Regardless, no matter the cause of the disaster, our love for our family and desire to protect them does not diminish. Spencer enjoys being able to help his clients protect themselves, their family, and finances through the disasters of divorce and bankruptcy.

At an early age, Spencer developed a passion for music.

As a boy, he would go Christmas Caroling with his family. He soon joined the church choir, school choir, musical theater productions and even started a male acapella group in high school. He still carries that love for music as he continues singing now with his wife and children in the church choir and going Christmas Caroling to his neighbors every year. You can even find him in the occasional musical theater production in valley theaters.

Spencer is driven to serve.

In addition to serving in various callings and assignments in his church, Spencer promotes the influence of music, theater, and the arts in his community as the Chairman of the Queen Creek Cultural Foundation. He also serves as the Chairman of Queen Creek’s Transportation Advisory Committee.
